Drivers deployed on the vehicles shall be its permanent employees, subject to cherry cabs and responsibility for them including but not limited to all such employees shall have a police verification, valid driving license, and neatly dressed , do not drive rashly, do not use abusive language and do not smoke/drink/use intoxicants while on duty. Also they shall have photo identity cards issued by cheery cabs.

The drivers and other staff so appointed should not have any criminal records and or criminal proceedings (including but not limited to negligent and /or rash driving) pending against them in any court of law in India.

First aid kit, torch, umbrella, fire extinguisher, comfortable seats in good condition, car perfume and any other specified equipment at all times shall be provided in cabs. Fully functional mobile phone with incoming and outgoing facility with hands free is a must have for every cab.

Comprehensive automobile liability insurance for all vehicles.

The vehicles may be required for trips at any time during 24 hours a day / night and 7 days a week.

Cherry cabs should ensure that the relationship manager maintains daily and up to date written record of actual pick up and drop time for all employees on all routes, to ensure safe pick up and drop on the employees.

Daily and periodical reports should be made available, & deviation report, log sheet report, log sheet report etc.

It is mandatory that at least 80% of vehicles in use be owned by cheery cabs
