Record of kms : record of kms shall be done as per the pickup and drop sheet available with us who shall be acknowledged by your authorized personnel or as per your policy guidelines.
Statutory: All the vehicles are registered under AP-RTO and are completely fit and in working condition and are insured.
Communication channel: cherry cabs facilitators shall provide mobile phones in all the vehicles under C U G connection.
Quality of drivers: all the drivers are well experienced with valid driving license and shall be conversant in English, Hindi & Telugu.
All the drivers are well acquainted with Hyderabad. Secunderabad complete topography.
Effective start date of cabs services within 24 hours time from the date of the service order and agreement
Payment terms:
1. Payment cycle shall be monthly or fortnight.
2. For all the vehicle and shall be paid within a week’s time from the date of submission of the invoice and For 100% invoice value with service tax 4.12%.
Payment shall be made in the name of M/s. cheery cabs payable at Hyderabad.
Both the parties shall enter in to an agreement on a separate agreement of contract.
No driver batta for late night.
